[Guide] Working with VMware Workstation 8 Share VM Feature

Here I am going to discuss one more VMware Workstation 8 new feature i.e. "Share VM". "Share VM" feature will helps you to configure a virtual machine for access by remote users. When you run share VM wizrad, it will transfer the virtual machine to the 'Shared Virtual Machines" Directory by two ways,
1. It moves the whole Virtual machine to the Shared Virtual Machines directory.
2. It make a full clone of the Virtual Machine inside the Shared Virtual Machines directory.
Virtual Machine cannot be shared unless powered off.
