[Guide] Working with Visual Studio 2011 with Windows 8
Visual Studio 11 Express Edition is still not available as a separate download. Instead, it is part of the Windows 8 Developer Preview ISO image. Visual Studio 2011 Developer Preview, which features, among other things, a new visual image editor that supports Expression Blend.
