Windows 8 on VMware vSphere 5 (ESXi 5)

Most of us tried to install Windows 8 on VMware vSPhere 5 but it does not work. But you look carefully after creating a Virtual Machine, Windows 8 Listed in the Operating System dropdown list. Although Windows 8 is not listed in the supported Guest OS list for vSphere 5.
Currently there is no workaround to install Windows 8 on VMware vSphere 5. So we need to wait for VMware vSphere 5 update 1 or vSphere 5.1 something like that.
