To Reset the POLYCOM Lync Phone (CX500/CX600/CX3000 IP Phone) follow below steps,

1. Press and HOLD * with # on phone for five seconds.                                                                                  For Hard Reset - Hold down * and #                                                                                                    Factory Reset - Hold down 4 and 6


2. Disconnect power while pressing the keys


3. Connect the phone's power supply


4. It will ask for to clear user data.
   
   "The operation you have requested will erase all user-created data.
   Do You want to continue."


5. Select Yes
