Google to Acquires Motorola Mobility

Google will acquire Motorola Mobility for $12.5 billion and it is the a step forward to Android development and its promotion also.  Google will pay $40 in cash for each shares, a premium of 63% of Motorola mobility shares. this deal will enhance the market of Android and good competition to their competitors also. the company says that the deals is approved by the both boards.
