Installing VMware Tools on Windows Server 8 Beta

In Previous Post I have showed How to Install Windows Server 8 Beta on VMware Workstation Here I am going to show how to install VMware tools on Windows Server 8.

Mount the VMware Tools installer for the VM



 

While installing VMware Tools you might face issue of black screen, even after reboot Windows 8 Server beta does not boot. To resove this issue go Virtual machine settings->Display-> Enable Accelerate 3D graphics  as shown below.
