Lync provides very good feature to record calls. This feature we can use to record calls with Clients for documentation purpose. To enable Lync call recording follow below steps,
- Go to Lync control panel.
- Navigate to Conferencing -> Conferencing Policy & enable recording option as shown below.
- “Enable peer to peer recording” as shown below.
- Peer to peer call in between Lync clients
Specify location to save the recordings.
Open Microsoft lync recording manager to play, delete the recordings...
